Ingredients
- 10 each sun dried
tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
- 8 ounces Regular or low fat cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup Regular or low fat sour cream
- fresh cracked black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Tabasco (optional)
- Garnish with basil, cilantro, or scallion
- Serve with radish, peppers, cucumbers, cherry tomato, zucchini, carrots, celery
Directions
Pour all ingredients in a food processor.
Season to taste. Serve at room temperature.
