Sun Dried Tomato Dip

Ingredients

  • 10 each sun dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
  • 8 ounces Regular or low fat cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup Regular or low fat sour cream
  • fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Tabasco (optional)
  • Garnish with basil, cilantro, or scallion
  • Serve with radish, peppers, cucumbers, cherry tomato, zucchini, carrots, celery
Directions

Pour all ingredients in a food processor.
Season to taste. Serve at room temperature.
