Ingredients
- 2 cups Vidalia Onions
- 1 cup FreshParmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Swiss or Mozzarella
- 1½ cups Mayonnaise
- dash of garlic powder
- dash of onion powder
- 1/2 chives if you have them

Directions
Mix all ingredients together in 8x8 baking dish. Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers or crostini.
