- ¼ cup of dry red wine
- ¼ cup of red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup of soy sauce
- ¼ cup of vegetable oil
- 2 cloves of garlic chopped
- 1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 4 ½" pork chops
Directions
Mix the first seven ingredients in a glass bowl/dish.
Add pork chops, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Remove from marinade and grill on indirect heat for 5 minutes on each side, brushing with reserved marinade.
