- 4 lb spareribs
- 1/4 c ketchup
- 1 ts dry mustard
- 1/4 c dark rum
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 1/2 c chili sauce
- 1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ds pepper
Directions
Wrap ribs in double thickness of foil and bake for 1
1/2 hours at 350 . Unwrap and drain drippings. Combine all
ingredients and pour over ribs. Marinate at room temperature for 1
hour. Bake at 350 for 30 min., basting with sauce, or grill 30
min., turning and basting.
