Ribs with BBQ Rum Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 lb spareribs
  • 1/4 c ketchup
  • 1 ts dry mustard
  • 1/4 c dark rum
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic 
  • 1 c brown sugar 
  • 1/4 c soy sauce
  • 1/2 c chili sauce
  • 1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ds pepper

Directions

Wrap ribs in double thickness of foil and bake for 1
1/2 hours at 350 . Unwrap and drain drippings. Combine all
ingredients and pour over ribs. Marinate at room temperature for 1
hour. Bake at 350 for 30 min., basting with sauce, or grill 30 min., turning and basting.
