Ingredients
- 1 part white rum
- 2 parts club soda
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 15-20 fresh mint leaves
- 1 ounce simple syrup

Directions
Place mint leaves, simple syrup and lime wedges in a 12-ounce highball glass. Muddleuntil you smell the mint.
Half-fill glass with crushed ice.
Add rum and top with club soda.
Garnish with lime wedge and mint sprig.
