- 1 1/2 cups cold
coffee
- 1/2 cup cold milk or
half and half
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon
chocolate syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups crushed ice
Directions
Combine the coffee, milk/half & half, sugar, chocolate syrup, in a blender and mix on medium speed for about 15 seconds to dissolve the sugar.
Add the vanilla extract and ice then blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
Stir with spoon if necessary to blend.
Makes 2 drinks. |
