- 12 ounces Milk, Dark or Bittersweet Chocolate
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 -1/2 to 2 cups whole milk
Directions
Over medium heat, melt the chocolate and heavy cream, stirring regularly not to burn. Add milk and bring to a boil for a second. Serves 6, 6-oz. servings. Serve with mini marshmallows, marshmallow fluff or real whipped cream.
