Ingredients
- 1 1/2
cups flour
- 1/2 cup
sugar
- 2 tsp.
baking powder
- 1/2 tsp.
salt
- 1/2 tsp.
ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp.
ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp.
ground allspice
- 1/2 cup
low-fat milk
- 1/3 cup
melted margarine
- 1 egg
Topping:
- 1/4 cup
sugar
- 1 tsp.
ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup
melted margarine

Directions
Preheat oven
to 400F.
In a large
bowl, combine first 7 ingredients.
In a small
bowl, combine next 3 ingredients and stir into
flour mixture just until moistened.
Spoon into
muffin cups. Bake 10 to 13 minutes. Remove from
pan.
Topping:
Combine sugar
and cinnamon in a shallow dish. Roll warm muffin
tops in melted margarine, then in the sugar
cinnamon mixture. Serve warm.
