Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. Caramels
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 6 Macintosh apples

Directions
Combine the caramels and milk
in a large saucepan.
Melt over low heat, stirring
occasionally, until smooth and creamy. Wash
apples and spear each through the stem end with
a Popsicle stick.
One at a time, stand apples in
the melted caramel and spoon the sauce over to
coat them completely. Roll or sprinkle with
sheared Coconut, chopped nuts, colored jimmies
if desired.
Let coated apples stand on a
sheet of waxed paper. When cooled, chill to set
the caramel.
