Ingredients
  • 1 cup crushed candy canes (can be multi colored)
  • 2 pounds white chocolate
  • 2 or 3 drops Red or Green food coloring (optional)

Directions

You may crush the candy canes by placing them in a plastic bag and use a meat tenderizer to crush them (do not make too fine). Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Combine candy cane chunks with chocolate (add food coloring now if desired.) Pour mixture onto a cookie sheet layered with parchment or waxed paper and place in the refrigerator for 45 minutes or until firm. Remove from cookie sheet and break into pieces

*For best results use fresh ingredients.
