- 2 cup soft butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 6 cup white flour
- 2 dashes of salt
- 1 container apricot, raspberry, or
strawberry jam to fill centers of cookies
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 deg. F.
Cream Butter and sugar until light in color. Blend in egg yolks.
Sift flour and salt together add gradually until well mixed.
Shape into balls, the size of walnuts and place on lightly greased sheet.
Make indentations in the center of cookie with your
thumb-fill spot with jam.
Bake 10 min or until almost golden.
