Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup Crisco
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 6 oz. can lemonade
or orange juice
- granulated sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to
350 degrees.
In large bowl,
cream together first 2 ingredients. Add eggs one at a time,
stirring until well blended.
In another
large bowl, sift together flour and soda. Gradually stir
into creamed mixture alternately with 1/2 can of juice.
Drop cookies by
rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Brush tops with
remaining juice and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake 10 minutes
or until done.
