Fruit Syrup

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup of your favorite unsweetened fruit preserves
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

 

Directions

Heat preserves in small saucepan over low heat.  

Combine apple juice and cornstarch until smooth and add to preserves.  

Bring to a boil stirring frequently.  

Serve hot over your favorite fruit or breakfast bread. 

Yield: 6 4-Tbs. servings
