Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup shredded
coconut
Note: For a
creamier custard, substitute light cream for 1 cup of the
milk. Butter may also be substituted for the
margarine. |
Directions
Preheat oven
to 350 degrees.
Put all
ingredients into blender at once. Blend
until mixed thoroughly.
Pour into
9" pie pan and bake 50 minutes.
Note:
If using hand mixer, mix at medium-high speed
until thoroughly mixed.
