Maple Pudding and Pie Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 3 heaping tablespoon of flour
  • a pinch of salt
  • approx. ¼ stick of butter

 

Directions

Beat ingredients and place in top of a double-boiler.

Cook on top of boiling waster, stirring occasionally, until thick.

Partially cool. Pour into prepared pie crust or pudding dishes.
