Ingredients
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 3 heaping tablespoon of flour
- a pinch of salt
- approx. ¼ stick of butter

Directions
Beat
ingredients and place in top of a double-boiler.
Cook on top of boiling waster, stirring
occasionally, until thick.
Partially cool. Pour into prepared pie crust or pudding dishes.
