Ingredients
- 2 deep
or 3 shallow 9" unbaked pie shells
- 1 large
can pumpkin
- 1 1/2
tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups
brown sugar
- 1 1/2
tsp salt
- 3 Tbs
flour
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2
tsp nutmeg
- 1 can
evaporated milk
- 1 can
milk (use evaporated milk can)

Directions
Preheat oven
to 400 degrees.
In large bowl,
mix together eggs, sugar, flour, spices, and
salt.
In separate
bowl, mix pumpkin and milk. Add to egg
mixture and mix well. Fill pie shells.
Bake 50
minutes or until knife inserted in center comes
out clean.
Yield:
6 to 8 servings.
