Ingredients
- 1 #2 can crushed
pineapple - drained
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs - beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 6-8 slices bread - cubed
to make 4 cups

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large bowl, cream together
margarine and sugar. Add eggs and milk and
stir until well blended. Fold in pineapple
and bread cubes.
Pour into 9" x 13"
cake pan, or 2 1/2 quart casserole.
Bake 1 hour. Let stand
5-10 minutes before serving.
