- 1 cup whipping cream
- 8 ounces premium chocolate, chopped
- 2 teaspoons flavored liqueur (orange, lemon, or any flavors you would match with the dippers)

In a double boiler, heat cream until warm,do not boil. Add chocolate while stirring continuously. Mixture will become smooth. Add liqueur and pour into a fondue pot. Voila...dessert is served.
