Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 8 ounces premium chocolate, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons flavored liqueur (orange, lemon, or any flavors you would match with the dippers)
Directions

Suggested dippers: sliced pears, strawberrys, bananas, marachino cherries with stems and/or cut up angel food cake, pound cake, marshmellows,

In a double boiler, heat cream until warm,do not boil. Add chocolate while stirring continuously. Mixture will become smooth. Add liqueur and pour into a fondue pot. Voila...dessert is served.
