Ingredients
- 1 recipe Custard Ice Cream Base
- 1 cup shelled, blanched, peeled, coarsely chopped pistachio nuts
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Directions
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour the mixture into the bowl of the machine and freeze.
Makes about 5 cups
