Ingredients
- 1 or 2
Corned Beef depending on weight
- 3 to 8
medium onions
- 1 lb baby
carrots
- 1 med head
of cabbage, quartered
- 3 lbs of
potatoes (5 lbs if you plan to make corned
beef hash)

Directions
Place Corned Beef
in a Dutch oven, cover with cold water, add onions
peeled and quartered. Bring to a boil, cover,
reduce heat and simmer 2 to 3 hours. Set aside.
Prepare potatoes as you would normally to boil or
mash them. In a separate pan add cabbage, bring to
a boil, add onions and carrots, cook until tender.
When preparing a
Corned Beef Dinner plan on 1/2 a pound of Beef per
person. Leftovers are always popular you can make
sandwiches, Reuben's, or corned beef hash.
Corned Beef
Glaze
I like to take
1/4 cup Yellow Mustard and 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar,
spreading them equally over the top of the Corned
Beef , place in the over at 350 degrees for 10
minutes or until melted.
