Chinese Chicken Cashew Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups cooked chicken, cut in pieces
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • ¼ cup of water
  • scant cup of chopped celery
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 4 ounces cashew pieces
  • 1 can dry noodles

 

Directions

Mix first 6 ingredients together with 2/3 can of the dry noodles. Put into greased casserole dish. Top with remaining dry noodles. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
