- 3/4 pounds cooked noodles or bowties, drained
- 2 cups cooked turkey or chicken, cubed
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 cups canned creamed corn
- 1-1/2 cups cooked leftover vegetable
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
pepper to taste
- 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F. Lightly grease a 1-1/12 quart baking dish with cooking spray.
Mix together the noodles, turkey, onions. green pepper, corn, veggies, thyme, pepper. Place in the baking dish; top with the breadcrumbs.
Bake until hot and bubbly, about 40 minutes.
