Ingredients
- 8 Sole Fillets (6 oz.
each)
- 1 cup Flour
- Dash of Salt
- 1/2 Tsp. White Pepper
- 1 Tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 Juice from Lemon
- 1 Whole fresh egg
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil

Directions
Batter mixture: mix flour,
salt, white pepper, baking powder, lemon juice,
egg, & vegetable oil. Blend all ingredients
well.
Dust Sole fillets with flour
then dip fillets into batter and put into 370
degree vegetable oil. Fry until golden
brown-serve.
