Fried Sole

Ingredients

  • 8 Sole Fillets (6 oz. each)
  • 1 cup Flour
  • Dash of Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp. White Pepper
  • 1 Tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Juice from Lemon
  • 1 Whole fresh egg
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
Directions

Batter mixture: mix flour, salt, white pepper, baking powder, lemon juice, egg, & vegetable oil. Blend all ingredients well. 

Dust Sole fillets with flour then dip fillets into batter and put into 370 degree vegetable oil. Fry until golden brown-serve.
