Lobster Rolls

Ingredients

  • 4 New England (center slit) hot dog rolls
  • 2 cups precooked lobster meat (chopped and chilled)
  • Dash of Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/8 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 cup celery (diced)
  • 1 teaspoon Cocktail sauce (optional)
Directions

In a medium bowl, mix the lobster, lemon juice mayonnaise, onion celery and cocktail sauce. 

Cover and chill until ready to use. 

Fill the rolls (toasted or un-toasted) with the lobster mixture.
