Ingredients
- 1 pound
lean bacon, cut into 4-inch lengths
- 2
pounds sea scallops
- 1/3
cup maple syrup

Directions
Preheat
broiler.
Wrap bacon
slice around each scallop and secure with a
toothpick. Place on a wire rack on a baking
sheet. Brush with maple syrup.
Broil for 3 to
5 minutes about 4 inches from the heat source,
turn, brush with more maple syrup and broil for
2 to 3 minutes more, until bacon begins to
crisp. Serve at once.
Serves: 10 to
12.
