Scallops Dish

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lbs Scallops
  • 2 slices slab Bacon
  • 1 small diced Onions
  • 2 Potatoes, peeled, cut into 1" cubes
  • 1/2 tsp Flour
  • 4 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 tbsp Red Pepper, diced 3/4 tbs
Directions

Dice bacon. In medium saucepan cook bacon on low heat until bacon is crisp.

Add onion. Cook for 2 minutes. Add potatoes and flour cook for 2 more minutes,

Slowly add heavy cream and simmer for 20 minutes.

Add scallops and red pepper. Simmer 5 - 8 minutes or until scallops are firm
