Ingredients
- 4 medium
zucchini (2 lbs.)
- 1/4 lb
bulk pork sausage
- 1/4 cup
chopped onion
- 1/2 cup
grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup
fine cracker crumbs
- 1 egg,
slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp.
monosodium glutamate
- 1/4 tsp.
salt
- 1/4 tsp.
thyme
- dash
garlic salt
- dash
pepper

Directions
Preheat oven
to 350 degrees.
Cook whole
zucchini in boiling, salted water until barely
tender (7-10 min.) Cut in half lengthwise,
scoop squash from shells, and mash.
Cook sausage
and onion - drain. Stir in mashed
zucchini. Reserve 2 Tbs. Parmesan cheese.
Mix in remaining cheese and all ingredients.
Spoon into
zucchini shells and place in shallow baking
dish. Sprinkle with reserve Parmesan
cheese, dash with paprika.
Bake 25-30
minutes or until heated through.
