Ingredients
- 2 Tbs corn
oil
- 1 lb.
boneless pork cut in 1" cubes
- 1 can (15
1/4 oz) pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup
dark corn syrup
- 1/4 cup
vinegar
- 2 Tbs
ketchup
- 2 Tbs soy
sauce
- 1 clove
garlic, minced
- 2 Tbs corn
starch
- 2 Tbs
water
- 1/2 cup
green pepper, chopped

Directions
In large
skillet, heat oil and brown pork. Add next 6
ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat and
simmer 10 minutes or until pork is no longer
pink. Add green pepper.
Mix corn
starch with water and stir into to pork mixture.
Boil 2 minutes stirring constantly.
Serve over
rice.
