Ingredients
- ½ pound blue cheese, crumbled
- ½ pint sour cream
- 1 pint mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tablespoon
Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 ¼ tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire
- 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/8 bunch parsley chopped

Directions
Combine all ingredients except Bleu Cheese. Blend well.
Crumble Bleu Cheese and fold in.
Refrigerate. Let dressing sit for several hours to reach full flavor.
