Vermont Maple Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • ½ cup lite soy sauce
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup vermont maple syrup
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 1/8 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • ½ cup vegetable or cannola oil
Directions

In a blender, mix all ingredients together. Add oil slowly at the end with the blender running. Yield: Approx. 2 cups
