Raspberry Wine Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 (17 oz.) bottles white wine vinegar
  • 1- 1½ cups sugar
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

Pour through a wire mesh or cheese cloth strainer. Pour into jars or bottles. Cover.
Store in refrigerator.
