Directions
Cut oranges into 4-5 crosswise slices. Place in a shallow serving dish. sprinkle with vinegar, olive oil, and oregano. Toss and refrigerate about a half an hour.
Line the bottom of a platter with the lettuce, remove the oranges from the refrigerator and toss, gently arrange oranges on the lettuce leaves. Arrange the sliced onions and black olives over the oranges, sprinkle with the chives, and ground pepper. .
