Ingredients
- 1 pound rotini, cooked
al dente, cooled to room temperature
- 1 stick pepperoni
- 1 medium onion, chopped
finely
- 1 can black olives,
drained
- 1 block (8 ounces)
mozzarella cheese
- 1 small bottle Italian
dressing

Directions
Cut the ends from the stick
of pepperoni and remove the natural casing. Cut into small
cubes. Cut mozzarella into cubes of about the same size.
Place all ingredients in a
large bowl. Stir until well coated with Italian dressing, and
ingredients are well mixed.
Chill for approximately one
hour. Serve with burgers fresh from the grill.
