Ingredients
- 12-ounce white chicken
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped pineapple, fresh or canned
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup currants

Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Spread on sandwiches, crackers, or serve on a bed of greens.
Makes 2 cups.
