- 4 New England (center
slit) hot dog rolls
- 2 cups precooked lobster meat (chopped and chilled)
- Dash of Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/8 cup Chopped Onion
- 1/2 cup celery (diced)
- 1 teaspoon Cocktail sauce (optional)
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix the lobster, lemon
juice mayonnaise, onion celery and cocktail sauce.
Cover and chill until ready to use.
Fill the rolls (toasted or
un toasted) with the lobster mixture.
