Ingredients
- 4 New England (center
slit) hot dog rolls
- 2 cups precooked lobster meat (chopped and chilled)
- Dash of Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/8 cup Chopped Onion
- 1/2 cup celery (diced)
- 1 teaspoon Cocktail sauce (optional)

Directions
In a medium bowl, mix the
lobster, lemon juice mayonnaise, onion celery and cocktail sauce.
Cover and chill until ready to use.
Fill the rolls (toasted or untoasted) with the lobster mixture.
