- 1 lb .mild or hot bulk pork sausage
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 8 tbsp. flour
- Salt, pepper to taste
Directions
Brown sausage in skillet, breaking into small pieces as it cooks. Drain excess grease, you want a fine coating for flavor only. Add flour to milk. Blend well with wire whisk. Add salt and pepper. Add seasoned milk/flour mixture to skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until thickened and bubbly. Boil for 1 minute. Should be thick. If too thick, thin with a little milk.
Serve over Biscuit, toast, homefries or mashed potato.
