Fresh Herb Cranberry Nut Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs. butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 Tbs. walnuts
  • 2 Tbs. orange juice
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 Tbs. chopped fresh sage
  • 1 Tbs. chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cups soft bread crumbs
Directions

Saute onion and celery in margarine until tender. In a bowl mix rest of ingredients than add onion and celery. Put mixture into a greased casserole dish, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.
