Ingredients
- ¼ cup ground Italian sausage
- 3 tbs. chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 tbs. oil
- 4 cups boiled basmati rice
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- ½ cup cream or half and half
- ¼ cup grated Sage Cheddar Cheese
- ¼ tsp. fresh ground pepper
Directions
Sauté onion and celery in oil. Stir in sausage and brown.
Remove from pan and combine mixture with rice, breadcrumbs, cream, sage cheddar and spices.
Makes 4-5 cups stuffing.
