- 4 cups green peas, cooked and chilled
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1/2 chopped red bell pepper
- 1cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup ranch-style dressing
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
