8 medium carrots
¼ cup Vermont Maple Syrup
3 tablespoons butter
¼teaspoon ginger (optional)

Directions

Slice carrots Cook in boiling water until tender. Drain.

Add maple syrup and butter

Simmer carrots in maple syrup mixture until glazed

*For best results use fresh ingredients.
