Maple-Glazed Carrots

Ingredients

  • 8 medium carrots
  • ¼ cup Vermont Maple Syrup
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ¼teaspoon ginger (optional)
Directions

Slice carrots Cook in boiling water until tender. Drain.

Add maple syrup and butter

Simmer carrots in maple syrup mixture until glazed
