Maple-Glazed Parsnips

Ingredients

  • 6 - 8 parsnips, sliced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
Directions

Steam sliced parsnips until tender.

Melt butter in skillet; add parsnips, maple syrup, pepper. Sauté until heated through. Remove from heat and serve.
