Ingredients
- 4 medium zucchini (2
lbs.) - sliced
- 3 Tbs. minced onion
- 1/3 cup minced green
pepper
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp. steak sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
In large covered saucepan,
cook zucchini in water for 15-20 minutes, or until tender.
Sauté bacon, onion, and
green pepper until bacon is lightly browned. Add
remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
Drain zucchini thoroughly
and place in hot serving dish. Top with sauce and serve
immediately.
