- 1 28 oz can chunky crushed tomatoes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large clove garlic, chopped
- 12 oz fresh spinach steamed and minced (can use a food processor)
- 1 C diced green bell pepper
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon sugar

Directions
Saute onions and garlic until tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 20 minutes.
