Ingredients
- 1 - 1-1/2 lb. acorn or
butternut squash
- 2-4 Tbs. butter -
softened
- 2-4 Tbs. brown sugar
- Pinch parsley
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cut squash in half
lengthwise and remove seeds. Rub cut edges lightly, and
hollow cores generously, with butter. Sprinkle cores
with brown sugar. Place halves cut side up on greased
pan and cover loosely with foil.
Bake 45 minutes or until
fork-tender.
Note: Remove
from oven carefully to avoid spilling the butter/sugar sauce
that will accumulate in center - Yummy!
