- 2 lbs. chocolate
- 1˝ cups sweet butter
- ˝ cup Chambord
- 1 cup water
- 4 egg yolks
Chop chocolate and butter into one inch pieces, melt chocolate, and butter, Chambord and water over double boiler, mix till smooth.
Let cool slightly whisk in yolks and strain.
Pour into molds and let set over night.
Makes one 7" x 3" loaf pan. Serves 20-25.
